About Us
The Robbins Eagles is the longest continual youth organization in the history of Robbins, Illinois. Since 1983, our mission has been to provide youth with an opportunity to learn sportsmanship and fair play through football and cheerleading activities. In 2010 the Calumet Park Rams merged with the Robbins Eagles to form the Robbins CalPark Eagles.
THE ROBBINS CALPARK EAGLES are members of THE WORLD'S LARGEST YOUTH FOOTBALL & CHEER ORGANIZATION, AMERICAN YOUTH FOOTBALL (AYF); an organization established in 1996, is support services organization, dedicated to giving back to communities by promoting the wholesome development of youth through their association with exemplary adult leaders in the sport of American football and cheer. Guidelines are established to ensure that players play in an atmosphere of learning with competitive balance between teams.

All football coaches receive USA Football Coaching Certifications. All cheer coaches receive YCADA Coaching Certifications. This training covers many areas including: Planning, Communication, Equipment, Heat and Hydration, Concussion Awareness, Blocking and Tackling, and League Rules. Copies of the coach certification are kept by each respective team head coach and are available upon request.
Our Mission
- We pledge to work diligently to impact each and every participant by continually working to instill in them a sense of purpose, confidence, and a need for a strong work ethic.
- Our future initiatives are geared toward scholastic achievements. We recognize these achievement during our monthly social activities.
- We also pledge to work to instill a desire for every member of the Robbins/Cal-Park Eagles’ Football and Cheerleaders to be successful in attaining their life's goals.
- As a tradition, our coaches remain connected to our athletes and scholars throughout their high school and college lives.
- Robbins/Cal-Park Eagles coaches go above and beyond; they continue to mentor, support and encourage former members by attending their non-Robbins/Cal-Park Eagles games and also maintain a lasting relationship that reaches far beyond adolescence. Due to this extended brotherhood many former Robbins Eagles return and give back through numerous resources including coaching and volunteering throughout their adult lives.
- We work as an extended family, an extended team, and supply the strength our beloved Robbins/Cal-Park Eagles require in order to build, maintain and provide positive avenues with options and opportunities for our youth for generations to come.
