Volunteers

Would you like to join the Eagles Board of Directors? All volunteers who have served two current, consecutive years with the organization are eligible, provided you have attended two-thirds of our meetings the previous year. Board meetings are every 1st Tuesday of the month, except December. Meetings start at 8:30pm. The 2026 in-person meetings will be March 3, June 2, September 1 and November 3, location TBA.

Monthly board meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 8:30 PM via Zoom. Click here to join. If there are any changes to this schedule, they will be announced at least 48 hours in advance. Meetings are open to the public, but participants must either have their full name displayed upon login or announce themselves when joining. All meetings are recorded.

There is a $25 fee for background checks. All coaches, trainers, team parents and board members must complete a background check to continue the season.

If I am accepted as a volunteer, AFY and/or Robbins CalPark Eagles Youth Football & Cheer Association, Inc. may end the relationship immediately if I have made any false statements or material misrepresentations, written or verbal.
