TERMS & CONDITIONS
- If you already have a Future Credit Cruise (FCC) you will be able to use it on this cruise. If you have an onboard credit that came with your FCC, you will be able to use that onboard this cruise as well.
- A non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Special reduced deposits plus payments up to the first $150 are non-refundable. Note: Payment of the deposit serves as a contract between you and Pineapple Dream Vacations, Inc. and signifies that you have read, understand and agree to adhere to all payment schedules, cancellation policies, and the terms and conditions of the vacation package.
- Deposit schedule is as follows, excluding any special reduced deposit promotions: Minimum deposit of $250 per person through October 24, 2021. From October 25, 2021 to August 21, 2022 deposit will be $300 per person, based on double occupancy. After August 21, 2022 deposit will be $500 per person based on double occupancy. Single occupancy deposit is higher (200%). Minimum monthly payments of $50 per person on the 9th of the month through September 2022 are required for payment plan. Final payment is due October 6, 2022.

- Cabin Occupancy change - $25 per added person, i.e., change from double occupancy to triple occupancy, plus whatever price increase for cabin change - based on availability. To remove a person, $25 per removed person, plus whatever price change for the cabin - based on availability, plus any cancellation fees (see above)
- Payments received more than 7 days after due date will incur a late fee of $15 per person, per occurrence
- At the Carnival's' discretion, late payments for the final payment may not be accepted or may incur a reinstatement fee no less than $25 per person

Their Guest Services team will make all the arrangements to get you off the ship as quickly as they can, and fly you to either your home airport if you flew in, or back to your point of embarkation if you drove to the ship.
Here's what they do.
If you decide within 24 hours of the start of your cruise that it's not for you, simply notify Carnival's onboard Guest Services desk. They'll take it from there. And if you decide later that you want to give Carnival another try, they'll even give a $100 per stateroom onboard credit to any guest in your party who exercised the guarantee and, within a year, books another Carnival cruise.
